That would be a slingbox. Lucky for you they just came out with Mac software. But you'll need a broadband connection and also unsure if China wouldn't block the signal being big on censorship as they are. Then again, they are also big on piracy, so worst comes to worst you could go down to the corner and get whatever movie you wanted for a couple Yuan.
