It's a 12". There were no 14" 800MHz iBook G4s AFAIK.

If the license for Office is legit and transferrable, then I would recommend he unbundle it from the iBook and sell it separately, and lower the price of the iBook accordingly. Heck, he might even make a little more money than he's currently looking for...
