I will chip in with my Fedex problem. They were supposed to deliever a load of tile for the home I am building. I did not hire them, the tile store did that. They drove the load to my building site, but then said that they couldn't offload the tile because the driver wasn't comfortable with the driveway. Mind you, this is the same driveway that multiple concrete truckes, cranes, large flat-bed trucks with extra-long loads of joists and glu-lam beams have all used to deliever supplies. Also, after this refusal to deliever and talking it over with Fedex, they stated that they could try to re-deliever the tile with a more "experienced" driver, but if he couldn't complete the delievery, they would charge us another $65 for the failed attempt. So, $220 for the initial delievery charge which has been a failure to date, subcontractors which have been delayed because of lack of tile and no certainty to date of just how I am going to actually get my tile.
Great service, meh!
