FedEx Ground is the remains of RPS Roadway...
Trained monkeys, all of them.
Bottom of my driveway... UPS, numerous concrete trucks, propane trucks, 5 yard gravel trucks, long RV"s... NONE of them have ever had the least problem driving UP the driveway, turning around, and driving DOWN.
FedEx Ground tries to BACK Up the driveway.. every damn time.. not just ONE driver.
TWICE they've driven ACROSS the road and gotten stuck in the drainage ditch... blocking the road completely until the tow truck arrived.
I won't even go into the last box I got from them... sopping wet, torn to shreds, and the contents leaking out and with a TIRE TREAD MARK on it. Contents only survived because they were steel machine tool parts.
I take it back... Monkeys would do a better job than FedEx Ground.
All that being said; FedEx ("Air" or "Classic" or whatever) has always been fantastic! Up to calling me and delivering to me at WORK when they knew I wasn't home...
When I think of the BEST shipping service I've ever received, I think "FedEx".
