Anyone Paint A kitchen Red?

We painted our kitchen cabinets a deep red. They're the typical el cheapo kind without knobs even you see in apartments, cheap houses etc. I added wooden knobs; those are dark purple. Sounds gruesome but it isn't. Surrounding walls are a deep-ish shade of yellow.
