You ever see any of the Malibu Aeros made around '84? Their foray into the GM midsize musclecar revival (they also had a Monte Carlo SS with a HO 305), alongside the GN/T-Types, the 442 and I think Pontiac had something too.

Yep, remember the GM aero attempt, they put on some plastic crap skirts and made the rear roofline flow instead of the formal cutoff. If you own one now, try to find the back glass, near impossible. My buddy Danny owned two Monte Carlo SS's, and the Pontiac version, all had horrible electrical problems, in one summer alone, 4 starters, 6 alternators, and 6 ECU's that was on ONE Monte Carlo!
The alternators caused the ECU's to fry, and if he was driving at night, it would fry every light that was on.
To this day, he will only drive GM's, love him like a brother, but he is dumber than a post! Thank the lords he was born rich!
