FYI:
I had a cube with the Sonnet 1.2Ghz processor/1.5GB Ram/ATI 9200 w/128MB vram/120GB WD Hdrive. Also you have to have the coordination of a watchmaker to work on those cubes.
I sold it because it did not play back movies(pirated bittorrent files) without the occasional dropped frames then video breakdown as it tries to recover its position in the timeline.
I even swapped video cards to an nVidia Geforce 2MX thinking that it may be a video problem-no dice! I also swapped hardrives thinking that may have been the problem.
In comparison my Digital Audio with the faster mobo(133mhz) had no trouble playing the very same files. It had a Sonnet 1.4Ghz processor and 1.5MB of Ram(no the 200 Mhz difference would not be the problem).
On a further persuasive note, I also had an upgraded Sawtooth(same mobo speed as the cube-100mhz) and it had the occasional problem with dropped frames and recovery annoyances.
I would sell it and get a mini as recommended above.
