Memtest shows FAILURE page after page

I finally found the Apple Hardware Test - it is on the Mac OS X install disc that came with the G5. It reports:

2 MEM / 10 / 4 : DIMMO / J6700

That was with the short, 10-minute test.
Just downloaded Rember.
