Memtest shows FAILURE page after page

so it looks like the memory stick or slot that failed was the stock Apple 256 MB.

Hardware test says 2 MEM / 10 / 4 : DIMMO / J6700

when I look in About this mac, it shows that memory slot as being the stock ram.

So do I remove the STOCK ram instead of the 4 gigs of OWC Ram?

By the way, the computer works fine unless I work on movies.
