Separate spousal bedrooms on the rise
#11
A Multi-Layered Foam mattress is the answer. It doesn't cost several hundred like the one Lyndsay Wagner sells. It's easy to build: Buy one 6" in 8-10LB density; buy one 3" very soft layer for the top. Now when you lay down your body sinks into that first 3" and it conforms to your body; the next layer prevents sagging and backaches and is hard enough to give the right amount.
Now, when I roll over 20 times a night, my wife cannot even notice. It will cost you under $200 total. Go to a foam place; they have a bench to let you custom feel(lay on) the various pieces so that you can build it how you like it.
Conversely, when we go to a hotel, or are guests at someone's house, we are usually miserable because it's like being on a trampoline in comparison.
