A "fulfillment problem." from a rebate provider? Shocking! Just shocking I tell you...

I had one of thoseHanns-G rebates a while back and I originally got told I didn't qualify becasue I hadn't included the SKU (which I had).
I sent a nasty email including my SKU number again (thank gof for thorough record keeping), and I eventually got an email confirming my rebate file was complete, and I DID eventually get my check. So keep at it.
