In my experience, unless you are willing to take less money, say your price is firm. The first few times that I posted items, whatever price I picked, I got emails asking to sell whatever I was selling for less. Also, everything I sell, I state that it is pickup (meaning no shipping) and cash only. This will clear the people that are not serious about doing business with you.
