I think it's pretty much idiot-proof, though you should check the paper version for errors, just in case. I've used TT previously to print out the paper version rather than to e-file. This year, I couldn't seem to find the freely downloadable version of TT, so I went with the H&R Block software instead. Worked fine.
Mine are now done, though filing for two states was really a pain. On the plus side, I'm getting a huge federal refund because of moving expenses.
I'm sorry, but I just don't know that I like the idea of all of these companies having all our personal financial info...
