One way to slant the craigslist ad is to stress reliability, and its excellent maintenance, with all the records available. The 2 Ford Tempos I sold both went to the first people who saw them. I advertised them as excellent candidates for kids away at college car, or a car to commute in. One sold to a woman who got it for her daughter who was going away to college in 2 months, and the other one went to a guy who was tired of paying fuel bills for his F-250 truck that he was commuting in, not to mention trying to park.
Both were thrilled to get clean, well maintained cars at a reasonable price. Also stress the below average mileage. Roughly 15-18K is average for a year these days. Yours is below average. You aren't even at 12K a year.
Good pics are a must.
