I see what you're saying. There is a bit of give and take. Some would say that antibiotics do fall into that category. Your immune system should be able to fight off whatever antibiotics can kill. So the problem isn't that someone gets infected, its that their body can't fight it off because their immune system isn't strong enough.
Also note I said "typically." Far more drugs that fit my description are prescribed than drugs that fit yours.
