Freakin Paypal dispute

Follow Paypals requirements. No warranty right? You have to prove that the machine was in working order when they received it.

The buyer had to abide by your terms, did you indicate any warranty? Paypal should side with you, the thing was working when you sent it, otherwise the buyer would have complained as soon as he got it. From the time the sale was completed and the buyer received the item, any number of things could have happened to the iMac (user tried to upgrade something and broke a part/ a part finally got worn and died). The buyer is scum, for trying to screw you.
