>Freakin Ebay
and how is it eBay's fault that this guy is an A$$?
Push Paypal for an investigation. I sold a Laser DiscPlayer to an A$$ about a year and half
ago and he claim I sold him a broken disc player. Well I had video of it working. He
claimed I knew it was broken before shipping it. It finally came down to him having to ship
the player to Paypal for inspection. He was not willing to do that, case closed. It was even
shipped to an Unconfirmed Address. If he had claimed he hadn't received it they would
have paid off. Fedex even told me they would have paid off no questions asked because it
was such a small amount. This same guy has done similar stunts since then. I know
because a seller questioned me about my problems with him. He left me a neg. and he
got one back.
So no Paypal does not always side with the buyer. Our feedback is over 3000 and yes
we've dealt with our share of A$$'s but peoples mentality is not eBay's fault.
