And it is okay for Apple to throw up barriers to getting proper support on a product that clearly came to him as damaged?
He was only able to properly advocate for himself because he KNEW the problem was on Apple's end... something they wouldn't have accepted (and didn't!) until he pushed hard for it.
Congrats, Tahoedrew, on getting some satisfaction to your solution... too bad Apple wouldn't just do "the right thing" and look at it to begin with, instead of playing games requiring the more circuitous root... so to speak.
