Should I jump on this Craigslist deal?

Sounds like a good deal. It makes me feel good because it means that my Dual 2.0 G5 is worth at least that, although I'm not planning on selling it anytime soon. I've never had a machine this long that I haven't wanted to sell and move up. I'm hoping to squeeze at least another 2 years of happy use out of it before the urge to upgrade hits.
