It's another way of getting twice the listing fees.

The people that make money for them are getting stepped on again. My feedback is well
over 3000 now and it never ceases to amaze me at the constant barrage of changes they
make for the sellers and it's usually not what we want. I realize eBay is the only place to be now
but like all other companies someone will come along and knock them off their pedestal
eventually.
