She'll be fine. She "needs" to be caught and arrested. It's worse if she just goes on and nothing happens that can function as intervention. She makes a mockery of rehab. Somebody strong in her life, will need to ensure that she gets the kind of sincere help that she requires. Her primary issues may not really be her addictions but the quality of the people that are supposed to love her the most.

I really don't think jail would help break her self-destruction. At this point though, it probably won't hurt either.
