Sigh...appliance help needed again..Kenmore gas dryer

My guess is you have a air bubble in the line that needs to be bleed out. It makes sense based on your discription of the water heater working after the propane delivery but not the dryer, that and the dryer trying to light.

Can you get to a gas line near the burner bleed a little gas/air out of?

I'm on nat. gas so I've only had similiar problems when installing appliances.
