Best way to replace macbook drive?

I am upgrading my hd in macbook with one of our sponsors hitachi's and need to move my old data onto the new, bigger drive.

Is it worth buying an external 2.5 case to keep the old 120 hd or just move it all to one of my external drives and sell the 120?

Any cheap external sata firewire 2.5 box would work I guess.

Any advice?

Oh and one more time, Super Duper worth the cost or just use CCC?
