I don't think it's your position to say anything. It's up to the store employees to manage the actions of their customers. If they don't notice or don't act on it, then they are basically saying they don't care if it wastes your time as a customer. Shop somewhere else.

I know many employees at grocery stores who actually prefer that customers don't try to put stuff back. It gives them something to do and it ensures stuff goes back in the right places. I know some clothing store employees think the same.
