Damn shame is right...and I hear you on the "reflection of the home environment." But raising prices and making messes for the rest of us...just isn't right. Maybe if more people spoke up, stuff like this wouldn't be as common. Peer pressure as we all know can be a poweful vehicle for change.

It's admirable to take offense at seeing someone show disregard and disrespect for others-- but bringing the whole thing back to "it raises prices" is just a different brand of the same selfishness.
