I would like to see service levels (aka SLAs) provided on a placard up front in stores. That is, what service they provide and what they expect patrons to provide. I still leave trays on fast food tables, it indicates it needs to be cleaned (not trashed, but table wiped down). Who knows what is on that table? gross.
I hesitate to do the changing room thing I learned from women, but have given into it. That is, leave the clothes you tried on at the exit to the changing room, NOT put it back on the rack. Especially dress shirts with 100 pins.
I had to yell at Frys guys this week. I stood patiently waiting as they took phone calls, and then another person walked up and they immediately asked how they could help. I said, "Hold on! I've stood here while you took phone calls, but to take that guy over me when I've been here 10 minutes is enough!" I really wanted to punch their fat asses in the face.
