Kiva, the best way that I've found is with a program called iShowU by a great little app company called ShinyWhiteBox (http://www.shinywhitebox.com/home/home.html ). They SO got the interface on this one. And, once you start making those vids, you'll want to get their new video shrinker, called Stomp. While not necessary, it really helps to get the size down super small. For the microphone, I just use the one that comes with the iSight, but any $20 mic will do if you don't have one.
