Short Rant: I hate Harmony Level 1 Tech Support

Is your TV a Sony? That's what was happening to me, and the problem is that they are not using the dedicated setting that is on Sony TV's. They are using one that goes from one to the next. Just ask for level two support immediately, and that person will have you up and going in five minutes. I too have spent hours on the line with level 1.
