AS wouldn't qualify. LEM would, but I would probably have to put the article on their site whereas I would like to have it on my blog - that would help establish it for down the road.
Well, if you did decide to use LEM, I believe the policy is that you control copyright. You should be able to dual post your review to both LEM and your own blog. Also, if you really wanted you could pull your LEM version after 30 or 60 days. I forget which.
