[quote mikebw]How about next time we start two threads- one for actual discussion and one for all the women to get all mushy about the 'men of lost'.
I'm surprised nobody has mentioned that gigantic sailor-dude on the boat.
But seriously, I think this was one of the best episodes in a while, I mean we actually got to see some real stuff happen. They finally got to the boat (which honestly I thought would have been a lot bigger). About that- Where is that girl they kept trying to call from the Island? There doesn't seem to be very many people on this boat.
I think everyone and their brother caught that the book from the auction was from the boat on the Island, not sure how that will play out though. I guess Penny's father has some vested interest in finding this Island as well as Penny herself.
So I began to wonder- Did this Doctor Daniel guy decide to come to the Island because he was looking for Desmond, or rather needs Desmond in the capacity of him being a "constant"? I mean he is a scientist and probably couldn't resist studying this, but it seems he knows a lot more than anyone else does at this point, and nobody seems to realize how important or valuable his knowledge is, yet.
I have the hots for Juliet so we can have another thread for that.
I need to watch the episode again after more sleep. I don't recall much of it.
