You know, it's a funny thing. After several years on eBay, I get my first problem customer today. He's pissed off that I refunded his payment because he's not confirmed with PayPal. My terms are simple, and they clearly state that you must have a confirmed address (this is an expensive item, worth several hundred dollars). He's asking me to make an exception. I wonder if I can get a negative in a scenario like this (I'm 100% positive)?
