Garage door will not open

So are ya on the inside or the outside? If you're on the inside, you're golden, because there's a chain that will release the door and let you open it manually. If you're on the outside, you're golden, too, because that means you aren't trapped in the garage!

No, I'm no help. When I have trouble with the garage door I just call the guy across the street, because he installs commercial doors for a living.
