Garage door will not open

I have a Stanley so it may not work the same way as yours but mine has a rolling code, so it's not possible to decode the remotes on purpose. You have to do a hard reset like you would a phone or other electronic device. In other words it has to be intentional. But that could just be my unit.

You might also want to check the circuit breaker. Could be it overloaded and shut down.
