With the Chamberlain Security+ openers, adding a remote doesn't delete the other remotes. To delete all remotes you have to press the "learn" button so the LED glows steady, then press and hold the "learn" button on the opener until the light goes out, about 6 seconds I believe.
I'm guessing one of two things has happened. The receiver board in your opener has fried, or check your breaker panel, you may have no power in the garage.
I don't think there is any way to set the code or get a new one for the remote without having physical access to the opener itself. And don't try and force open the door from the outside, if you did actually manage to get it open you'll have severe damage to either the opener and the door itself. A window is way easier and cheaper to replace.
