Garage door will not open

I installed both an outdoor keypad and a key lock. The key lock is at the top of the garage door. When you use the key to unlock, the tumbler assembly which has a cable connected to the inside emergency unlock latch, comes out. Pull the lock/cable and it unlatches the lock. I would use this in case the electricity were to go out. These are available at any garage door store.
