One of our own is gone

I'm just now finding out about 'Mint. How sad. I also remember when he joined DM 5 years ago, as I've been a very long time lurker and scant poster. I also shared PMs with Minty, especially after his crash and burn about a year ago, and again more recently when I thought he was losing focus with his rants.

I'll miss your personality, your wit, your warmth and your sincerity. I'm especially saddened by the fact the macbook he finally ordered for himself was never received. He never got to experience that opening fun of a new apple product before he left us.

I wish you the best view of every Cubs game and visions of The Daily Puppy pics and Apple ads forever. No more worries, 'mate. Godspeed. Semper Fi. I salute you.
