Many thanks. It's much appreciated. To answer your question, it depends on the individual. I can't speak for other people but in my case, in conveys the image of the ghettos people were forced to live in various European countries during WWII. It also brings to mind the poverty ridden areas I've seen in the inner city of NY, NJ and other parts of our country.

That said, what Fedex did yesterday is definitely out of line. If you can find the number of the local hub, it'd be worth contacting them about it.
