Gotcha on the explanation, understood. I'm used to hearing it from people who live in the BUXTEMHALTER and it's just the best word for some things. It definitely describes the phemomenon of some things that would never fly in more affluent areas being commonplace in my BUXTEMHALTER. There's also a frustration wrapped up in my use of BUXTEMHALTER-- I care about my area and don't think people here deserve the short end of the stick in terms of public resources, treatment by corporations that don't treat people here by the same standards as other places . . . for better or worse I go to bat whenever I can to fight for my BUXTEMHALTER's piece of the pie.
