If you're not mechanically inclined, then perhaps you can't fix the printer. However, I think there's plenty of evidence that a large number of people with just a little technical savvy can easily fix these printers. The problem you cited on the other thread is pretty clearly the exit rollers (which is really more of a "maintenance service needed" item, not a broken printer item). If you have followed the instructions exactly and it didn't work, then there's a problem, but did you do that? I find that these machines are extremely simple devices...there's not much to go wrong that isn't easily diagnosable, nothing like a complex device like a car.
