And therein lies my concern with ghetto. It isn't an adjective. It never was nor will be an adjective. $tevie is right on the money. When people use ghetto as an adjective, it is slang and derogatory at best and definitely not the most fitting choice when it comes to expressing displeasure with a company. I know you are more articulate than the average person and can definitely find a better word or phrase. I was surprised that you used it in the first place.
