It looks like it works.
But since it only takes a snapshot of the static page with no mouseovers, it only gives you a first round of checks on how a page works in IE and at that it only uses a specific web browser window size.
What happens when you mouse over the page elements? IE's support for :hover is sub par.
How does your page format itself for different browser window sizes?
For pages with no dynamic elements and designed for a specific page size, that looks like a very useful tool.
