matters covered by my order and that to do so would amount to a contempt of court.  I 

am confident that the media realise that both the Children Act and the ancillary relief 

proceedings have been conducted in private in accordance with the relevant rules of 

court and are confidential.  I am also confident that the media will respect the privacy 

and confidentiality of both sets of proceedings.  Beyond that nothing more needs to be 

said.
