Steph, wait a little while, see it on YouTube, then send them a note saying how great it was to see them on YouTube but that you're disappointed that the "broadcast" to normal users was regrettably delayed because of the Zune crap. The money they, or somebody that works for them took should compensate for them hearing from fans of the misstep.
