Low calcium will do that (and always take calcium and magnesium together, in a 2/1 ratio).
Also, you can try the amino acids GABA and Inositol--you can get them at a health food store. They make some folks a bit sleepy, so try them out on an empty stomach before you go to sleep (i.e., 2 hours after you've eaten anything). Some folks get a bit of stomach upset for the first week or so. Try maybe 1000 mg of Inositol, 500 mg of GABA. You want plain old inositol, not inositol hexanicotinate.
