Simple way to include Letterhead in Word Documents

I didn't spend much time trying to create one, but do a quick test and see if you can format the body of the document within a single table cell (with visible border removed, of course!) That would allow you to maintain document margins of the size needed to accommodate the letterhead, with a separate set of "margins" within the confines of the table cell. It's possible the ability to format within the single cell might be too limiting for your estimates and invoices, but it's worth a little experimenting.
