Download new drivers for whatever wifi cards you are using with the windows machines. Check the network settings on the windows machines. Are the cards actually seeing the signal? We had a lot of bother on old iMac with some usb wifi adaptors - one never worked and the second took a lot of searching for drivers until we got a stable one.
