I usually have them filled with Helium or Nitrous Oxide.
My tire recommendations would be based on where you live. I like Michelin I also like Yokohama. It would depend on your driving conditions. I live in Colorado. My winter set of tires is Michelin. My rest of the year set is Yokohama.
