There was a cop ready to attach the ticket to her car's windshield. She casually approached him to tell him that she still had 5 minutes. He said the ticket had already been written. She yanked it off her car's windshield. Calmly handed it back to him while ... giving him a severe scolding. Then turned and walked away. That was 6 years ago.
And it's happaned several hundred times since?
