I need iBook bits & pieces. Where to get 'em?

Not sure about the place to settle on for parts (they have 'em), but their FREE step by step guides (downloadable as PDFs too) have screw guides at the end of the document that can be printed and you can tape your screws to them (in order of the process) for safekeeping.

Definitely worth a look if you're planning to do the surgery yourself.
