On the topic of sweat - a lot of people don't realize how big of a difference the right clothing can make. Wear clothing that can wick away sweat, mostly nylon or poly-cotton blends and avoid cotton at all costs. This clothing can be found for cheap if you look around. There's no reason to pay $40 for a nike shirt.

I had to get passed being a bit sweaty when i got to the office. It dries in about 20 min and i don't smell bad. you smell bad only if you sit in it.
